Peaceful Parenting, Flaws and All

*Im.per.fect.ing (verb)
Not a real word, but it should be. It’s a mindset that actively rejects perfectionism, knowing it only leads to stress and strained connections. It’s about showing up as your authentic self, responding to chaos with curiosity, and loving both your own and your kids’ beautifully imperfect humanness. This mindset transforms parenting into a more mindful experience, strengthens your bonds, and fosters a greater sense of gratitude, ease, and joy.

Is this you?

  • You believe in connection over control … but you still end up yelling or shutting down.

  • You try to stay calm, but certain things light you up—and you’re not even sure why.

  • You’ve read the books, taken the classes… but in the moment, none of it sticks.

  • You want to break generational cycles, but sometimes sound just like your parents.

  • You want to play with your kids, but feel pulled toward the dishes, the emails, the 97 other things.

  • You’re great at showing up for everyone else—but have no idea how to meet your own needs without guilt.

  • You love your kids more than anything… and sometimes fantasize about running away.

  • You want to raise emotionally intelligent humans—but your own feelings get big and messy, fast.

If you’re nodding along to some (or all) of these, you’re not alone. You’re a human, raising other humans—and it’s hard. I can help you show up for your family the way you want to, even when it’s tough.

Before the Work Begins

Do We Vibe?

Coaching is vulnerable work, and it’s important that you feel safe being your authentic self. I want to make sure I can meet your unique needs—and that working together feels like a yes for both of us. Coaching takes time, energy, and financial commitment and I don’t like to waste any of it.

We’ll talk about what’s going on for you, what you’re looking for, and I’ll answer any questions you have. No pressure, no expectations—just a real conversation to see if it feels like a good fit.

If it feels right, we’ll take the next step. If not, I’m happy to nudge you in the right direction. I’m full of resources and always here to help.

What to Expect

My work is grounded in education, attachment science, nervous-system regulation, and trauma-informed practices. But beyond all that—it's my realness and deep respect for your journey that fosters lasting change.

I combine empathy and firmness to hold space for you to stretch into new ways of being. I don’t have it all figured out—and I’ve likely made many of the same mistakes you have. But I’ve learned how to repair them with love, humor, and humility… and how to do better next time. That’s what I bring to our work together.

I care deeply about inclusive, affirming spaces where you’re truly seen and supported—especially if your family doesn't fit the “norm.” Neurospicy? Queer? BIPOC? Single parent? Something beautifully unique? You're welcome here.
